Hi Everyone,

Thanks, as always for dropping into my site. Hope the year is going well for you!

The middle of the year has been busy, a highlight being coaching on "Hairspray, the School Musical" for Sky TV, with selected pupils of Kingsmead School, Enfield, London. The school had auditioned & won the nationwide competition for a school to put on a version of the hit show Hairspray on TV over 6 weeks, culminating in a live performance of the show at the Lyric theatre in the West end of London. A highlight for me was working alongside Mary Wilson of The Supremes (see photo), who came in to offer her words of advice to the students & to talk about her history, the 60s, Civil Rights & Multiculturalism, which she & The Supremes were very much a part of & all of it very appropriate to the plot of the show. Not only was she inspirational, but a lovely lady too!

There are a number of concerts at the end of the year, especially the annual BEST OF BROADWAY concert at Royal Albert Hall ( November 13th) & three CHRISTMAS CRACKER concerts in London in December, all with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (see the DIARY page for details or go to www.rpo.co.uk) 

There are plans for trips abroad next year, including New Zealand, Canada & USA amongst others, so hope to see you somewhere soon.

If you go to the MUSIC page , my promo dvd is there now... just click on the link... it shows clips from my concert in Johannesburg, South Africa in aid of the amazing Variety Childrens Charity, a TV appearance in Cardiff for the Mencap Charity & also on the Variety Telethon in Iowa USA, broadcast across the USA, which raised $4 million dollars for this great organisation.
